Love it I have been here two years and have not had an issue. Service request are handled promptly. Grounds taken care off. My only issue is tenants not cleaning up after themselves. Love my home!!!!

Wonderful location! I have been a renter for three years and love my place. The location is convenient to everything, two blocks to the oceanfront, one block from a grocery store and steps away to some great restaurants. The property itself is spotless and the owners are there daily so the attention to detail (i.e. clean parking lot, hallways, pool, etc.) is superb. I've looked at other apartments nearby and think the rates are slightly less than other comparable properties. I would highly recommend living here.

50/50 u decide Very mixed feelings about this complex.It is apparent that the lack of concern for the tenants comfort is starting to take 2nd place to the owners. Initially they were very attentive but now the owners have shown a lack of care over the screening of tenants.
