We love our providers here (namely Dr. Patel) but the staff seem to seriously struggle with patient correspondence and submitting paperwork. They frequently do not process paperwork on time, say that they will and never get to it, say that they did and there’s no record of it, or they simply lose their records. It is very frustrating to hear them give the same lame excuses every time.
