Terrible experience so far. Checked into 25 LIfeguard Loop W yesterday. This property claims to accommodate 14 but 30avacay and "guest services" will only let us have 9 wristbands- you can do literally NOTHING here without a wrist band - cannot go to the beach/ride the trolley, cannot access the pool, or any facilities. So is accommodates 14 but 5 of the 14 can do nothing but sit in the house. Neither 30avacay nor "guest services" will help. Sea the stars - DO NOT RENT from 30A Vacay. Property had not been cleaned and was full of mold. 30A Vacay management offered properties outside of Rosemary beach that were going for 1/3 of the price paid to rent in Rosemary as a solution. I wish I could supply photos of the property as the mold was covering doors, air registers, and the bathrooms. Management is combative and dismissive of photo evidence.
Pros: This property management company has some great properties to offer in paradise. I love the 30A stretch in Florida...the beaches are amazing and the area is safe and chill. Cons: If you need anything from 30A Vacay, Good luck to you. Also, I am leaving this review on Yelp, because 30A Vacay will not share my honest review on their website.
