I spent a week in this house in July 2026 and it was absolutely phenomenal. It was extremely clean and the furnishings were all high-end and beautiful. We loved the proximity to the beach and seaside, and the neighborhood has a killer pool. The golf cart was an extra added touch to help us get around to do the fun things. 30A has to offer. I would definitely stay here again. We loved it!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 30A Beach Girls By AvantStay. I booked what was advertised as a luxury 30A property based on the listing photos and presentation, but my experience upon arrival was completely different from what was represented. We had a confirmed rental set up 6 months ahead of our family trip to Santa Rosa Beach, FL. One week before we were due to arrive, 30A Beach Girls contacted us via Air BNB to say the property was no longer available for our stay because 30A Beach Girls/Avant Stay was no longer hosting reservations for it.
