Family trip! House was well stocked, clean and in a charming, quiet neighborhood. !

We used 30A Beach Girls, and their partners, the last three years to rent condos in PCB. In two of those years they switched our condo units, in the last hours, to less desirable ones at the sane cost. Apparently, this bait and switch practice is SOP for them.
I do not stay at places that have security cameras and doorbells. This is a creepy vibe to me and just makes a person wonder about other cameras that you can’t see. Place is great, location is great but it’s a no for me because of the two cameras. There is a camera at the front door and the side of the house. There is a sand road that goes by the house that people drive down and walk down all times of the day and night which was interesting. Cameras were more creepy than the sand road.
This home is an excellent choice for your stay on 30A. It comes with everything you need to have a successful visit. We really love the location since it's walking distance to all the local shops and restaurants. The home is cozy and welcoming and the kitchen is set up for 2 people a full house. We have rented this home twice since it felt so comfortable. We enjoyed the top level master suite but there is so much room to spread out or have a couple of families.
