This clinic has the worst service, They forget about theirs patients. I came in for an injection checked in at 8:00 am still got put in a patient room and got forgotten, its 1:30 pm and still waiting
This is a horrible place. very unorganized. rude and incompetent staff. Since its walk in clinic there is always long waiting offers. I personally had very bad experience on my last visit. I had to wait 2 hours in the lobby then one hour in examining room waiting for doctor. Then doctor came in and tried to walk away within one minute without properly checking me and asking details. Please don't go here. My dad was having pain and we took him here to get him checked out and see what was wrong. All they did was scream and yell at my dad because his sugar was high without them even knowing he had a damn infection and he was in major pain. It took them 3 days for them to finally say that he needed tog go to the ER where he had surgery. They don't know one single bit about nothing. Please go some where else instead of these so called "doctors" I would hate to see someone else suffer as much as we did
I brought my daughter to see the Doctor she was feeling good and the receptionist talked so low you couldn't understand her and she was paying more attention to the Television than anybody trying to check in
The Friday nighy staff members are uneducated and Ghetto with no proper Medical background nor proper custom service etiquette! The so called Medical Assistant didn't ask nor update my medication list. I'm 26 weeks (noticeable) pregnant didnt even bother to ask for my record. I waited for 2 hours to be see, saw the Doctor for less than 2 mins. I waited in PAIN for 30 mins to get my prescription.
