This place should get zero stars. It recently came out that they’ve been allowing a mentally unstable woman live in the laundry room after her and her boyfriend broke up. Since her name was on the lease but the boyfriend kicked her out the management at 303 decided that her bringing her boyfriend, a man who has never lived here, into our building every night and break into the laundry room to sleep was okay. Fantastic place to live, with wonderful staff.
I rented an apartment here and stayed for 6 years, and moved out as I was leaving the US. Upon moving out, I was charged one thing after another, and got $0 back from my security deposit of $3,600. I just found out today, after moving out 11 months ago, that I owe some $186 and have been reported to collection agency. I mean, seriously, no one could send an email alerting me to the owed monies (since my access to the resident portal was terminated after moving out) so that I could pay the $186, instead of ruining my credit h... read more
