I’ve lived here for the past two years and have had a great experience. The building is well maintained and any questions or requests are always handled quickly. Ramin has been especially accommodating and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance.
I am so glad that my son is enjoying his apartment at the Mansion. He is truly having a great experience is in his Junior year. My wife and I are very impressed by management and security at the building and I feel at ease to have my daughter there hopefully next year.
I’ve been a tenant at 3025 Mansion since 2022, and my overall experience has been very positive. From the beginning, Ramin, the property manager, has been kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful—especially during the process of getting me approved for my housing voucher, which my family and I truly appreciate. The building has secured entry, secured parking, and on-site security, and we’ve felt safe living here. I’ve had a really great experience living here. The property is well maintained, the units are clean, and the management team is responsive and professional whenever anything comes up. The building itself is quiet and the neighbors are respectful, which makes it a comfortable place to live. The location is also super convenient with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and transportation. Overall it’s been a positive living experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.
You know…… it pains me to have to write this..but I must. I’m from the affordable housing side of Mansion. This building isn’t just for students. There are other people who live here with their families. I’ve been here 6 YEARS and in the beginning of moving in it was great! So I thought.
