Windsor @ Seven Oaks This place is nice and quiet! All of the office ladies are incredible! My neighbors are super friendly and always willing to help each other out! I highly recommend this place for your place to call home! We have all the extras one could ask for 24hr gym access, pool, tanning bed, volleyball courts, and a park for the kids.. Not to mention access to the clubhouse, pool, park, and more at Seven Oaks!!
The Victory Building The Victory Building is a wonderful old building, over 100 years old, that has been restored with modern and traditional fixtures, including the original high ceilings that give the place such an airy feel! It is on the top floor of the building, overlooking the city of Philly, and is just blocks from malls, train stations, and a teaching hospital right across the street. Great Location-Average Building The one absolutely great thing about this building is the location. It is on the corner of Chestnut & 10th street and in walking distance to City Hall, Restaurant Row, Walnut Street shopping, etc. It is only 1 block from the Jefferson Train Station & the 11th Street subway stop. The building is average. It does have character (it is an old converted building) but there aren't many amenities, besides a very small gym on the first floor. Each floor has a laundry facility. Great location, great management team and competitive prices This is the perfect location if you want easy access to I-75 and I-275. It's located within walking distance of Wiregrass Mall and close to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, and movie theaters. The landscaping is beautiful, the clubhouse offers a wide variety of amenities including a sparkling pool, hot tub, fitness center, and tanning bed and the staff are all friendly and helpful.
301 North Charles PMC Most floor plans on floor differ. The choice makes it nice to find something right for you, my roommate and I didn't like the first 2 we looked at. Roof top deck is very nice but not accessible with elevator, must take 2 flights of stairs. Good gym, with 2 ping pong tables and pool table in the next room. Half a basketball court is nice but constantly breaking. Street has some nice restaurants and is very well lit. No free parking during day on weekdays but there are parking garages close. 301 N Charles - A Great Place in Downtown Baltimore! After living in other "luxury" apartments around Baltimore, I was hesitant to live in the heart of the city. Our contact (who was awesome) with PMC showed us a few of their properties around Baltimore, all of which looked good at various price points, but 301 North Charles seemed to be an incredible value. Mrs Windsor Club is exactly how it sounds, its like country club living at an affordable price! The share of the emaculate club house is like paradise living on an exclusive Island! The peaceful, quiet serene area is quite surprising, along with the beautiful landscape is awesome!!
Love it My 8yr old and moved from a house for a smaller place but did not want to move to a place that didn't have a homey feel..... We found it.. The couple of small things that needed to be fixed were done immediately ... when I did the comparison of pricing for the same area and the same amenities they were much lower... Plus we can join the country club and because of where we live.... My son loves it... Our bathroom is large and there is a lot of storage space throughout the apartment ... Nothing bad to say..
Dream space and feel safe As a single person with a cat I was having a hard time finding a place to live, After living in a house for 20 years I had no idea how to shop for apartments so after driving around I pulled into a beautiful entrance which turned out to be my dream home.
