Very disappointed with their reservation process! After a confirmed email separating our large group into two tables of 7 & 6, we arrived to find they not only did not have it, but made us wait an hour. We left very frustrated without eating...
Just a little FYI: Do Not make reservations at the Bistro 301 in Tuscaloosa. Unless you are wanting to pay for everyone in the party’s bill. They made us pay per table! They would not break the bill up. The waitress made $35 per table for tips. She was rude, not good service, and the food did not measure up. So if you want to go as a party? You better make it divided up the way you want to pay or you will end up paying for your entire table. We had to sit there and try to figure how much each party’s bill was. Devastation is great word to describe our experience. We came for a birthday and the group was split between 3 different tables. It was not at all crowded. All the tables to our left side were empty, but My table sat closer to a table of strangers than our own party. Our waitress was incredibly rude and the gentleman that came over to help us deserved the tip more than she did.
