Had a wonderful time here with friends. The food was delicious and the Tom Collins I had before dinner was perfect.
We walked in, had no wait, and great service! Everything was delicious --- try the Reuben spring rolls! Dinner was awesome -- molasses salmon, Gouda grits, weinerschnitzel, duck... All perfect. The dark cherry chocolate trifle finished it off. Drinks were perfect- bartender made a great old fashioned! Our new tuscaloosa favorite. Roll tide and thanks for a superb meal!
We tried 301 for the first time a few weeks ago and loved everything we ordered! Had the scallops and cheese board to start, the duck and schnitzel for entrees, and the bread pudding for dessert - would recommend every one of those! We will definitely be back (hopefully very soon).
Sad to report the Schitzel was terrible. So tough that I sent it back and left. If you consider bean plus Mac and cheese as southern fusion, I am confused. Wish the food experience was good but the beer was cold and the decor was nice. I hope they improve the quality so they can stay in business. The Tuscaloosa dining scene in improving so 301 will need some help.
Last night, I was surprised with a birthday dinner/ gathering. It was our first visit. We all absolutely enjoyed it. Atmosphere great and everyone's meal was FANTASTIC! The service was awesome as well. THANK YOU!!!!
My wife and I went for our anniversary. If I tried to list all the things we liked, you'd be here reading for a while. So I'll say: the blackened ribeye was absolutely perfect...The gumbo was outstanding... The bacon wrapped scallops were the best I've ever had. The service and atmosphere were second to none. We can't wait to go back.
