I received a referral to Enrique Hernandez and his company, 3000 Construction, through another contractor who worked on a separate project for me, and who suggested that a general contractor might best fit my needs. I contacted Enrique, and we promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He sent me a very reasonable quote for the work, and we agreed to move forward with the job. Enrique did a great job building out an office space for us. He was a clear communicator and did a great job! We plan to use him again in the future and would highly recommend him for all projects. He is very skilled and knowledgeable about every aspect of construction.
There are three characteristics of an excellent contractor: 1. Quality of workmanship. 2. On time performance at every step. 3. Pricing to be in the middle.
