I wanted to get new gutters installed and have my house repainted,. I received a referral to Enrique Hernandez and his company, 3000 Construction, through another contractor who worked on a separate project for me, and who suggested that a general contractor might best fit my needs. Enrique did a great job building out an office space for us. He was a clear communicator and did a great job! We plan to use him again in the future and would highly recommend him for all projects. He is very skilled and knowledgeable about every aspect of construction.
There are three characteristics of an excellent contractor: 1. Quality of workmanship. 2. On time performance at every step. 3. Pricing to be in the middle.
