After living here for ten years we are still satisfied. The property and buildings are very well maintained. All of our issues have been dealt with immediately.Â
Average place to live. Staff do their best but the Property Management Company constantly sending inaccurate (on purpose) rent adjustment letters that do not reflect what is actually owed by tenants hoping the many seniors in these buildings do not catch the errors and just pay which apparently they do since it never stops except for the few tenants who catch these and demand changes. Â
Kathy and Rae Bacula are wonderdul people. They care about the tenants that live here and address tenants issues quickly. I love the activites they provide in the community centre. They also take the extra step to decorate the Community Centre. Thank you for making St. Lawrence Village a better place !!Â
This is a lovely complex with 7 separate apartment buildings, surrounded by lovely, clean landscaping, including a paved pathway throughout, like a park, actually, and attached to a city park. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, picnic tables and benches here and there with lots of shady spots to just hang out on a nice day. Realstar is not accredited nor recognized by the BBB. Not recommend Realstar, Bloor, Toronto. 169 units across GTA. Favoritism, judgemental, biased, crude, money grubbers. Blood suckers.Â

I have lived at Somerset Place in London for 5 years, and in that time, this property has undergone a lot of major upgrades, including the hallway walls, and carpets, the elevators have been updated, the laundry room just recently was majorly overhauled. We have an exercise room that is in use often. I don't understand why Louise Gavigan still working at St Lawrence Village. She is the MOST RUDIST and UNFRIENDLY person. Recently, I was sitting in the lobby and the Elevator button stopped working and the FOB wouldn't open up the interior door. I called the office and Lousie answered. Rae came to look at the issue. He did a few things and determined it was fine but it wasn't. I called the office again and Louise answered the phone again. I told her the interior door is still not working.
