Kitchen cabinets were moldy after a leak that was behind the wall. I called DTN atleast once a week they never fixed it so I gave up and lived in a moldy apartment despite my respiratory issues. When originally moving in there was puke in the bathtub, the entire place was disgusting and took 2 full days to clean. Maintenance will come efficiently but they will find a way to blame you for the mistakes DTN made. First time resident here in the fall of 2022 and I love the place and how its such a breeze to get to campus! However I do have one major complaint and its because the property is ran by DTN which is your not familiar is a up an coming monopoly snagging up nearly all properties in East Lansing area. This is annoying in its self because your always dealing with college kids they put you up against for nearly all issues. Pros: I have a beautiful Breslin unit apartment unit that i loved and clean apartment building. Cons: Terrible and Disrespectful staff, BE careful everyone with your cars!!
