Best Restaurant in Rochester Broadstreet is the best restaurant in Rochester. Nice, romantic atmosphere. Service is the best. Try the Duck, Ostrich, or the Ginger crusted Ahi Tuna, but everything is always spectacular. Great wine list and unique martinis.
