I was greeted when I walked in. Evervone was very friendly. The facility was clean. It was a lot of action going on. I went for a free class but due to my back and chest pain, I wasnt able to participate. They have two locations. The workouts seemed intense and effective. 1 cant wait to start

Two weeks ago a friend made me come to a trial and really didn’t think I’d like it but now I’m obsessed! I decided to join after the first class and I am really enjoying. The environment is super friendly and encouraging!
The only thing better than the stellar full body workout is the awesome community and exceptional staff. 10/10! Edited to add: I'm more than a year in. I'm exceptionally stronger and I've made life long friends. Book your free trial! Consistency is key! Join and go and keep going, I I am going on my fourth year!Trainers are motivating, and I love the way they constantly interact no matter how many people are there and most of the time it’s not crowded at all! I have so much more energy and stamina since I started! Tami and Matt are so positive, fun, and constantly encourage you to do your very best! Theme days are fun too, they had an 80s day and it was super fun!
