I just started in December and I am already noticing a difference in my arm muscles and my stamina. I love that there are no set class times so I can just show up and do the routine. Everyone is friendly and supportive!
As a single mother this is an ideal place to work out. Quick and efficient and even a kids area so I can bring my kids and get my workout in!!! Highly recommend
30 Minute HIT Royal Oak has helped me so much with my overall health goals. Not only has it improved my fitness level but the interval training gives me a mental boost every time I complete the circuit! The trainers are incredibly encouraging and motivating.
