visited the 1‑bedroom unit yesterday, and Nat welcomed me with genuine warmth and gratitude. He took the time to show me around the building, explained all the facilities clearly, and walked me through the apartment with attention to detail. He provided all the necessary information and made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
Seriously great experience being able to view the 30 Edith! Major shout out as well to Ethan who was very thorough and knowledgeable about the units and made for a very informative and easygoing presentation.

Nate was super helpful throughout the apartment search process! Since I couldn’t make it to an in-person tour, he took the time to do a virtual tour and showed me three different apartments along with the building itself.
