We are very blessed to live in this place. InterRent provides several community events, and we had the opportunity to attend the most recent Holiday Party. The building is very old but some of the apartments are newly renovated. The building management is very average and the customer service/resident relations representative is extremely unbothered. It takes weeks and weeks to solve a problem for the fob key. They don’t even reply to the emails you send through the portal and you have to call and stay in the waiting line. Even booking the community room is a pain. Firstly, they don’t have anyway to book it online through the website or app. You have to call or email the repres... read more

I had an issue with my kitchen sink and Ramazan fixed it.
Disappointed after 4 years of living here. I’ve been living in this building for almost four years. It used to be a great place, but during the last year the management has become very unprofessional and disrespectful toward long-term tenants. When I asked about moving to a slightly bigger unit in the same building, I was told I’d have to go through the full financial application process again — just like a new tenant .
