The staff is very helpful. I am so happy I joined 30 and out fitness. I love going there and working out. My favorites are Cardio dance, Zumba and Country Heat. Thank you very much Marianne and staff.
Good for me in so many ways! Mostly to keep fit but also good for stress releasing! The staff is wonderful and I love my new group of friends there�
If you are looking for a friendly, caring comfortable, non competitive atmosphere where you are a NAME and not just a number then 30 and Out Fitness for Women is for you! So many great group classes to chose from, spin bikes, TRX, Nautilis, free weights and more! Personal training and message are available too!
I love that it's open 5AM-10PM, and that there is no judging there. All the ladies are super sweet and fun to work out with!
There are so many choices at this gym. Its all women! We have fun-get fit and make new friends. There is no where else around with such a nice variety of options. Thank you Marianne for keeping this fresh and fun! I am losing weight this month. What are you doing?
A beautiful space to exercise, with a terrific sound system, terrific amenities, but even better, terrific people!!!
I just started back after a very long time - the facility is great and if you put the time in it works. The staff is so helpful and there are so many options available to you to meet your needs.
