Words can't express how happy I am with the results of my nails. Tracy did my nails, and I was worried that the design I chose would be hard to do, but Tracy did it flawlessly. And another thing that I really liked is that, when my nail looked crooked, she immediately soaked that nail off and reapplied it. There were 3 nails in total that looked crooked and she had no problem redoing them. I will absolutely get my nails done here again, and will ask for Tracy.
I usually never leave bad reviews but this was just… Too much. I paid for these, and they look nothing like the picture I asked them to reference. My toes look excellent though, which is why I’m still giving a two star review at least. I just wish that there would’ve been some more transparency about not really being able to actually do what I requested so that I could’ve picked something else, because I am very unhappy with it. Tracy and Tina are the absolute best! Their attention to detail is amazing and they are truly the sweetest. Always feel well taken care of and will continue to go back!
The staff was so sweet and attentive to my mom and I. Our pedicures were some of the best we’ve had and we have high expectations. My mani slayed. This is our new spot!
