If I can give 0 stars, I would. I came in June 7 to get my toes and nails done by Lee and my toes by Lilly. I was upsold with the “gel builder” and was told by Lee it would last 3 weeks. No complaints on my toes but with my nails, the top gel builder started lifting after 6 days. I didn’t call in until the following Saturday (day 13). When I called about it, they said the most they can do is give me a 10% discount because “people come in for fills after 2 weeks”. Very disappointed with my experience. Would leave zero stars if I . I’ve been a loyal customer and have always recommended this salon to friends and family. Today I tried calling starting at 3 PM but only got a busy signal the entire time. I drove 25 minutes and arrived at 5:30 PM, an hour and a half before closing, only to be told they were fully booked and I could come back another day. I was in buying a gift card because my friend uses their survesices. Another client walked up and mentioned her tech was extremely rude and all the front desk said was yes she get many complaints and that’s just her and that the client had to feel uncomfortable yet again while using their services.
