Jeb came to our help when we got a flat tire. He was professional courteous and friendly. Definitely will call him again if in a emergency
Blaine came to my rescue when my vehicle had transmission issues away from home. He was courteous and friendly, and let me ride along in the truck to the Ford dealership. He also offered to bring me back afterward if needed, but fortunately the dealer had a shuttle. Blaine helped me keep calm during a stressful situation. Kudos to 3T Towing and Blaine for providing prompt, friendly service.
Blaine is awesome!! He was punctual and very polite. He kept me in the loop from start to finish, so I wasn't just guessing when he would arrive. He made having to have my vehicle towed into a far less stressful situation. Would recommend 100%.
Took my car home but left me stranded 3.5 miles from my home because it was it was in their policy no riders allowed.
Omg. Blaine was Awesome and prompt. My vehicle was in a terrible accident and I was hit in the back! Blaine is towing my car to kearnsville NC. Get this he called me to give me his ETA. He told me he was coming from Concord. I was joking and said will you bring me some KrispyKreme.lol. living in Mooresville with no car to get around. He said okay. Well I be %$$@ he brought me KK. Omg. That's worth 10 stars Thank You Blaine for making my day and being such a breathe of niceness.
