Mal servicio , Estafa completa , si quiere problemas compré en este lugar. Siempre que llamas para una reparación te dicen que es muy caro la reparación , te ofrecen uno reparado y te compran a un bajo precio el tuyo para luego repararlo y hacer más grande su negocio. Estafa!!!!!!
In the beginning he told me to pay $125 to fixe the washer and after i give him my adress he change amount to $135 plus the $45.not serious at all .
They always make it right if an appliance doesn’t work. I bought two washers neither of them worked and they came and picked them up and gave me a refund. The owner even came up himself to apologize. These are used appliances so sometimes they don’t work but they always make it right and make sure that you either get an appliance that works or get your money back. I bought a dryer yesterday that didn’t work and I am sure that they will bring another one up today.
Gave it one because there isn't anything lower. HORRILE company! i bought a fridge yesterday and it didn't get cold. Just cool and all my items went bad over night! He finally agreed to pick it up for another $50 and issue a refund. WELL..... the guys who showed up had no way to refund or a check, nothing, When I called the owner he told me I had to come by the shop to get it!
