Very welcoming staff!! Every staff member I encountered during my stay at Napa Valley Hotel & Suites greeted me and left me with a feeling that they truly wanted me to enjoy my stay at their hotel. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We will be staying here again. The location is great for many near-by stores. We did not hear any noise from outside or inside.. All in all a great experience and we would stay there again!

Rude/Heartless Management - Stay at your own risk – I had planned to stay at the Napa Travelodge for a weekend (Friday and Saturday nights) with family coming in from Boston, but had to cancel on Thursday evening when their flight was cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions. The Napa Travelodge, unfortunately, has a 48 hour cancellation policy--and they Really mean it. No refunds (understandable), but they also will not allow you to apply cancellation fees to future stays at the hotel. I tried to reason with the hotel man... read more

Affordable accommodations in the wine country. – In Short This bright, three-story chain motel offers reasonably priced lodging near the heart of Napa's downtown historic district. It is within walking distance to the Wine Train and numerous galleries and restaurants. The guest rooms are rather modest, but they are clean, and some even open onto the pool. Amenities include big-screen TVs, VCRs, coffee and tea. As well, two-line telephones have computer and fax hook-ups.
