Never got hold of anyone. Yet to receive a call back as well. I am sure something must have been wrong with the owner.

Central Texas was not prepared for Snowmageddon 2021...and neither were my pipes. But Chris WAS prepared. He came out quickly, found the precise location of the broken pipe, fixed it efficiently, and even cleaned the entire area. Who does that? Professional and exuding integrity....Chris is the entire package.
When I called, Chris answered and was over at my house in 20 minutes. He did things this other company never did and took care of what I thought to be a major problem within 30mins of coming out. Will definitely make him my first choice with any other issues.
