Been here three times. First couple times things were fine, ordered a shake each time. Went this morning and they were out of chocolate protein powder. Fine, no problem just use vanilla. Got shake and went to have my card punched and counter girl said it was only for bowls. Well, last two shakes I bought they punched my card. BIGGEST disappointment was after leaving I took a sip of my shake and it was LOADED with paper from straw (they put straw in shake) and had plastic from an ice bag. Never going back again.
