Met with the owner today after seeing scratches on my trunk after washing it. I am not 100% sure they were from this washing or not but I've only have the car about a month and was very upset. The owner reached out to me and we finally got to talk today. I went to the car wash and he had his guys use a polisher on my trunk and he took a lot of time with me to show me the brushes inside the car wash and was very nice and genuine.
