It is very rare that I ever do a review but this one is of utmost importance! Busted my tire in this car wash today. The employee, Alex, was nice. The owner eventually showed up and was rude, lied, denied all damages. And would not refund but only half of what was put on my card (for the car wash membership) and the other half in cash??? I had to go call someone to put my spare on then go purchase a new tire. The tire shop informed me they see multiple cars with busted tires come from this car wash.
