I almost choked to death because the dentist dropped a metal tool down my throat during a routine filling. I started choking and couldn’t breathe - had to gag it back up myself. The dentist looked terrified and said, “Good job!” once I gagged up the small metal piece. Choked. Couldn’t breathe. Had to save myself. If you’re looking for basic safety (use of throat guards) and steady hands, look elsewhere.
