RecommendedUpdate: The Director of Operations contacted me and we were able to agree on an acceptable claim amount. He has assured me that the moving crew and the customer service manager will receive additional training and monitoring so that my experience won't happen again. That is all I can hope for. BEWARE! This was the worst moving experience ever. We had a 7 am move scheduled and finally someone shows at 1130. They load everything in three hours, while chatting on there phones and using our clean restrooms. Then it takes them an hour to get to the new place which is 13 minutes down the road. Then they get everything unloaded by 607 and charge us until 622. Not to mention the slowness of them unloading while they stood around and talked and were on their phones and folded up their pads on our dime. This was the second time we ... read more
