Took my wife here to get a very important blood draw to see if she had a blood clot in her lungs on Saturday. She's afraid of needles, does not do well around blood, so this was a difficult task for her. It was very important and she braved through it. We were expecting results that night due to the severity of the test! We were ordered to take her to the ER immediately if the test came back positive.... Nothing Saturday. Nothing Sunday.... Took my 1 year old daughter here for her first bloodwork. Never again will I take her! I left this place in tears. The 2 male phlebotomist showed no compassion. They were not gentle! They poked her twice and were not able to draw any blood, even after they told us she has a good vein. The first time she got poked he even started to move the needle around to see if he could get the vain.
