Great experience at Prisma Health radiology today. I had doctor orders for x-rays and was in and out in 30 minutes as a walk-in. Impressive! All were so pleasant and professional...a great change from the service I typically receive from Lexington Health!
The radiologist did an awesome job! However, the Registration Office 1 worker was horrible! Had incorrect information for patient name (would not change this, the radiologist had to input a ticket), was yelling at people (every patient that we saw her interact with), and snatched a signature pad from my wife and said "whatever", when my wife attempted to explain she wasn't finished. This is unacceptable and is bullying! This worker needs to be talked to by management! We will not tolerate this again, and will file a formal c... read more
Dr. Hollins is a nice man. I think narcolepsy is just very hard to diagnose
Loved my visit first time getting an ultrasound and it was a great experience thanks too my doctor.
