Absolutely terrible, unprofessional and down right rude. They never came to diagnose my dishwasher in person they just said they knew what was wrong by what I told them. We'll they were wrong and after waiting 3 weeks for the part to show up we decided to find someone else more compitant. They missed appointments several times and didn't both to call and tell me they weren't coming. Do not use them!!! One star is way more than they deserve.
This place is horrible. I had an appointment today at 3. No Call, No show I called at 4 to check on my repairman and he advised me he had forgotten our appointment. He then stated back to me what type of washer I wanted to repair and said he needed me to take a picture of it and text it to him. No professionalism at all. I hung up and called another repair service here in town.
