I have a brand new LG stove. Having a problem with it, I called customer support and was given 3J's number. Terrible response! Not knowing they were closed on Mondays, I called around 10 am and spoke briefly with whoever answered the phone. He said he was in the middle of something and would call me back shortly. When 2pm rolled around and no call, I called LG and they called 3J, and was told that 3J would call me. NOTHING! If they were closed...they should have said so and not leave the customer hanging. The Guy came out fixed both of my stove and washer in no time and was very polite . I had been waiting and waiting for about 3 months to have my stove fixed with the last two companies and they kept giving me the run around. These guys came out the same day I call the warranty company and got my unit fix. 5 stars to these guys

Doesnt even deserve one star!! Horrible.....He is rude, a liar and the WORST Customer Service I have ever seen. We bought a house that had a broken ice maker. He was paid through the previous owners. His son showed up and looked, claimed the part needed ordered and he would get right on it. 2 weeks went by with no answer or call. Called both numbers till someone answered. Terrible service, actually no service. I called them to come fix my fridge. The soonest date they could come was a week out. They didn't show up on that day. No phone call or anything. I called them for two days leaving multiple voicemails and never got a response. A complete waste of time!

Well, I'm not sure how accurate these 1 star fevers are because when I was trying to find 3 J's number I found an ad that was listed as 3 J's Appliance on Google but was actually someone in tire different. I have used 3 J's Appliance Repair on Plaza Dr in Fayetteville on several occasions and found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He always comes out in a timely manner and finishes the job. I will always use 3 J's for my repairs.

Unfortunately, a bad employee cause bad rating, however mr. Jones himself has always been very professional and is very knowledgable of all types of appliance since 2000. He was even a instructor for the community college at one time.

These negroes are the worst. Very unprofessional. They were sent to fix my microwave thru AHS. Not only did the first guy come out and damage it and lose the screws when he took it down he misdiagnosed it. On top of that he was talking on his cell from the time he got out the car til the time he left. On top of that he went missing for 3 weeks and failed to notify the company what his finding was which was incorrect anyway. Nobody in the office knew where he was.
