Sunk the sale of our house with their ignorance. Scared buyer off with multiple factually inaccurate claims that were later disproven by more knowledgeable inspectors. Their unprofessional negligence and outright misrepresentation of my property was so severe that I considered a lawsuit. They have no business inspecting homes.
We were referred to you by Tom Kellenberger, up at United Insurance in Bettendorf, and we couldn't be happier. The inspector was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The report we got was more than we expected, faster than we expected it - it was a simple PDF format straight into my email, which included photos of all recommendations. And the inspector found all the issues with our home and saved us thousands in repairs down the line. Cost was reasonable as well. Thanks much!
