I contracted with them to install two Tesla power walls September 1, 2022 and paid them a deposit of $2,460 (10% of the order). I contacted them in January 2023 what was happening to my order. I was told they were waiting for Tesla to ship the order. Back when I placed the order, they said they had the panels in stock. Apparently not. In March 2023 I asked them again about my order. 3Guys installed 2 back-up batteries for my solar system. Expertly handled all the surveys, permitting, architecture drawings, HOA approval, installation, and post-installation assistance with monitoring software. Very competitive pricing, and excellent communications throughout. I highly recommend 3Guys Solar.
Leak in my bathroom, during 3 months some panels not worked. My bill increase and they not response.

We replaced the defective inverter on August 30, 2021 which was not working for 24 days. Your solar system has 2 inverters so part of the system continued to work during this time. The company that makes the inverter was having supply issues which caused the delay. Our technician found the water is leaking around the bathroom exhaust fan and has nothing to do with the solar installation 3 years ago. While he was there he applied some caulk around the vent and placed the bucket in the attic to reduce damage to the ceiling. Y... read more
I have 3 guys solar take off my panels so I could get a new roof. They took off the panels in a timely manner. Installing the panels was less than desirable. 1. Panels were not being placed as they were originally. 2. Panels were not installed flat so there were mismatches from one panel to the next. 3. One panel was shattered but still installed and I had to find it. 4. Water bottles were left on the roof under the panels. 5. They didn't have the proper tools for Tesla Panels. 6. Don't do business with this company. They lied about what they offer, my biggest $30.000 thousand dollars mistake. If it's not in writing don't don't sign anything with them . If you have $200 dollars light bill is not worthy pay $180 monthly solar bill plus your light bill is a big * lies that you won't get a 90 dollars bill plus your solar monthly bill fo the math. This is my second system with them. I also had my brother install a system with 3 Guys Solar. Their product and pricing does what is is meant to do.
This company was not only cheaper than other quote but they didn't have a pushy salesman. Luis explained the system needed for our roof, the benefits and the price. In the end we were on target for the projected start date and price. Additionally, we saved on the cost by going through the Space Coast Solar Co-op. 3 GUYS Solar was very professional with fast communication.
