I would have issued 5 stars except for the one issue I am having. I was sold an IQ7 smart switch, which I was hoping to use. It has been a few years now, and I have not invested the 15K for the Enphase battery so I can not use the switch. I inquired about a refund on the switch (not the 750 I pad for it but at least ***** hundred to get rid of it) I was informed it was only good for IQ7 inverters, and if they get a job that uses this switch they would refund it. 3 Guys Solar has been great! In the 5 years I've had my solar, I've had 2 panels fail and the inverter. All of products were high quality (Hanwha panels and SolarEdge inverter), but equipment failures happen. 3 Guys stood behind their labor and the manufacturers warranty both times without blinking an eye. The inverter was replaced 4 years after the initial installation!
Had solar via 3 guys for 8 years now. Love the service and follow up on any issues that pop up.
They were recommended to me by a friend and answered all my questions before I settled on them. Their price was great and the installation was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I have had my system operational since Oct. 2013 along with a standing seam metal roof. Back then my electric bill average $275 per month, it dropped $40 per month just because off the metal roof. My average bill after the system was installed was about $50 per month back then. I had micro-inverters installed not 2 big inverters for my 10 KW system. 3 Guys have replaced almost all of them due to a bad batch from the manufacturer all under warranty. Highly recommended. I had my solar panels since 2019, ***** came and answer all the questions. told me my options and the installation was smooth. The installers were very friendly, fast and clean. They told me the process and everything was installed how to explain it. Installers were very friendly, clean, and professional.
