This service provider refused to service my home after a very polite and detailed introductory e-mail. My home is in the same town as their "home base". No reason was given. I am appalled by the rudeness of this team for absolutely NO reason. I do NOT recommend them for their unprofessionalism. I would not do business with them, knowing this. Way to win over your customer base, guys. . . I'm spreading the word for you!
