I was really impressed with how my property was staged! Andrea highlighted all the best features and created such a welcoming vibe. It transformed the space and made it much more appealing. I highly recommend their services!
Very nice and elegant
I hired Andrea after purchasing an investment property I am going to rent out as an AirBnb and track rental. She took care of everything that was needed to get the house ready to rent. I was so impressed with all that she did..she handled everything from getting the furniture to supplying the house with paper towels and everything in between. She also got the job done quickly and her pricing was very reasonable especially with all that she did. I would highly recommend 3 Eleven and plan on using her again!
I usually refrain from writing negative reviews but I did not receive professional service and am disappointed in the way it ended. Andrea's lack of communication regarding availability (vacation, childcare, other commitments) coupled with an unfortunate illness delayed project completion by months. None of her suggestions or floor plans were used. She created unusable floor plans that were not functional and blocked entrances, sliders, and access.
