Such a fantastic gym community! They have 4 workout sessions per weekday (6am. 9am, 12pm, and 5:30pm), plus one workout session on Sat and on Sun. Every day is a unique workout (and the same workout is used across all 4 class times for that day), with a combo of cardio and strength training (though not the same thing as Cross Fit). I am so thankful for the amazing people at 3 Elements! Every trainer is extremely supportive and motivational. The workouts are great and they will definitely get you into shape! If I could give them more stars, I would!
Great workout. Great coaches. Great people. I feel I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to three elements lifestyle. The workouts are always different so you don’t get bored the coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful with showing the correct way to do the exercises. I always leave the class feeling great.
