Worst customer service I've ever encountered. The rep working there was extremely impatient, and the store was empty so it wasn't as if he didn't have time. Was barely willing to accommodate my request to see a size, and got extremely rude when I asked to see another size. Had a whole "I told you so" attitude the entire time. I gave him a few choice words on his attitude, and left immediately after seeing how he treats potential customers.
I have never been treated so poorly in my life!!! There is this old white man who works there. I don't what his problem with me was but I've has 3 interactions with this man and all 3 times have been horrible!!!! 1st time... I went in to find Alex and the boys their suits. I'm an insurance agent and this is the worst place to buy a suit they lie to you I bought suits from other places and they lasted more than 3 years, I bought three suits from this place and in less than 8 months it's already lost its color, I went to complain about it and they told me what do you expect, these are cheap suits, this is what they told me, if you go to the Fashion District in LA you will find a better quality suit for the same price, please don't waste your money at 3 Day Suit Broker, very disapointed
I brought some pants in to tailor and they butchered them.
the price for 2 suits for specials is about $200.00
