Black Mold Discovered black mold when trying to adjust an air vent in the bedroom that had been painted over. They also paint over the bathroom sink and bathtub. Whenever the neighbor cooks the smell gets so intense my clothes, bedding and bedroom are covered in the stench. The unit was not vacuumed prior to my moving in. Filled the vacuume twice with hair. No se cambien estos apartamento, no sirven mantenimiento tarda mucho en arreglar las cosas , desde que estube aquí se robaron como 3 carros durante el año , los portones abiertos, el de vigilancia, no sirve solo pasa una ves en la madrugada y ya es todo, ,no lo recomiendo lo bueno que deje este contrato ya ,y los de la basura uno paga 20 dolares al mes y pasan como 3 veces ala semana, no sirve mal servicio
Do not move to these apartments! Here at 3 corners the office does nothing for their tenants here. Yesterday I had my vehicle parked perfectly fine thinking nothing of it, until this morning my tires were completely gone, so I went to the office to see if I can get some help or camera footage but they didn’t help me at all!
