I have lived here all of 2026, and the security gates on Teague have only been closed for January. They require you to use an app to file maintenance requests, but the app tells me “location not supported” and won’t let me finish. I then have to find a separate email they sent with a link to file. My bathroom has been a water zone for two days now, no sign of maintenance, but they did close my work order from yesterday. The leasing manager prefers to argue on the phone rather than to help solve my maintenance issue.
I have lived here for 3 months now, and this place does NOT respect residents' safety!! January, mostly okay. Februarty, one exit gate wide open (broken). March, a different exit gate wide open (broken). The latest excuse I get: "I'm sorry, there was some mixups, we have something scheduled for next week." Securing this place is obviously NOT a priority for management. I wonder which gate will bust next month, and how long it will take for them to respond??
