DO NOT MOVE HERE. There has been an unhoused individual who is aggressive sleeping and shooting up in the lobby for the last year. The building has bedbugs, cockroaches and mice. Building management ignores issues brought to their attention and refuses to inform tenants about issues they are legally obliged to. I promise you no matter the deal they may offer upon move in it is not worth it. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT
It has been an honest nightmare. I'll start by saying our Property Manager really tries to work with us and rectify problems as they come up. The five stars reviews sound fake and incentivized by Sterling because no one would actually give this building a five stars. This building and company (Sterling/Starlight) is a textbook example of profit before people with predatory practices. Don't believe their generic responses to reviews, it's damage control. They do not care about tenants. You will not save money living here, you will pay for it in utility fees, stress and your mental health. 1.
