We have been living in this building for over six years. During the first two years, everything was good, but over the past four years the conditions have steadily deteriorated, and it has now become very difficult to live here. DO NOT MOVE HERE! SIMPLE WARNING: BED BUGS, ROACHES, HOMELESS PEOPLE, MICE, HIGH FEES. Management will lie to you and say things are fixed. They are not. Moved in at the end of March , after they tried to reassure me issues had been dealt with , they havent . The whole building is littered with bedbugs , cockroaches and mice. I also have been stonewalled by them in getting pest control round with a whole week of being ignored . Do not move here , YOU will get bedbugs , they’re in the wall sockets , the mice and cockroaches are in the floorboards ànd cupboards

DO NOT MOVE HERE. There has been an unhoused individual who is aggressive sleeping and shooting up in the lobby for the last year. The building has bedbugs, cockroaches and mice. Building management ignores issues brought to their attention and refuses to inform tenants about issues they are legally obliged to. I promise you no matter the deal they may offer upon move in it is not worth it. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT

It has been an honest nightmare. I'll start by saying our Property Manager really tries to work with us and rectify problems as they come up. Unfortunately, they keep coming up and I'm almost at my wits end. When I first viewed the apartment, you expect it to be an older building which I was prepared for.
