For the past 10 years I have been taking my vehicle to the manufacturer's dealership for service but henceforth, no longer. My experience was not good at all. I use to go there many years ago when Wally was at the front desk and main machanic, but when I returned my experience was horrible to say the least! I worked with Emile on the front desk who is a nice enough guy, but could use some better judgement on how to work with clients. I brought my truck in for a safety and was told “it’s not too bad at all, and needs a bit of brake work” so my initial reaction was good.
