Riviera Maya Mexican Grille is hands down the best Mexican restaurant around. The cheese dip portions are huge—more than anywhere else—and the guacamole is always incredibly fresh. We’ve tried so many dishes and everything has been top quality: birria tacos, fajitas, steak quesadillas, and the ACP—you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
