Family owned business. Very professional and reasonably priced. I take all of my jewelry needs there although I don't live close by. My last visit I had a custom job that I asked them to help me with. They did a WONDERFUL job!! Both my husband and I are very pleased. Will continue going back

I went for a batter change，almost got in a fight with the man. I just wanted to make sure the watch was working after the battery change, he became very impatient. he told me that my watch would take longer than usual, about 30 mins, so he charged me $10 more, but it took him about 10mins, and he wouldn't want to spend any time to help me to get my watch restarted. He doesn't know about my watch，he gave me wrong info that I need an app to restart the watch which I am sure I don't need.
I was disappointed. I purchased a necklace for my wife for Christmas and the sales lady said I could return it if my wife didn’t like it. I had read on their website that we could return within 30 days no questions asked. When we went to return the necklace they pointed out that the gift receipt said we had 7 days and we were returning it on day 11. Came in with a ring from a different jeweller. Wanted to see what the quality of the ring was. Really helpful, took the time to inform me about the ring and current market prices for it. 50 dollar cleaning as well. Thank you !
