It’s my understanding the Petra left the company. Any reviews from a year ago or more reflect her hard work. The current company is in debt and hasn’t been making payments, leaving their former business partner with the bills.
From start to finish, this has been an amazing experience. Paul goes above and beyond for his clients, even making Saturday visits for adjustments free of charge. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional customer service.
I can’t say enough positive things about 2U Vision! I’ve worked with Petra and Paul to provide great eyewear and service for the residents at the senior care facility where I work. They visit us quarterly and it is always a great experience. I also have to mention that I am very impressed with Petra, who knows that I have a kind of illness with vertigo episodes, and she jumped right on the task of finding special tinted glasses for me to try to help alleviate many of those episodes. My Glasses Frames Broke in Half! I was in a quandary. Masking tape was not doing it. So I called 2U and spoke with Petra. I was able to make it to their office. They set me up with emergency replacement frames that fit my current lenses. Really saved me. So I am waiting for my replacement frames to arrive. Still sporting my new emergency Frames. Still grateful that 2U Vision had the skills to help me.
The experience from purchasing to after-purchase support has been above and beyond with 2U Vision. I bought a pair of glasses with top notch lenses, coatings, and a titanium frame for less than I would have paid using my vision insurance at an eyeglass store. I’m addition, Paul and Petra have answered a number of questions for me, helped me pick out the right nose pads, and made sure my glasses fit properly.
