As I’m Cashing out they are asking for a tip on my card for a service that wasn’t even do yet. It was before my Polish was even placed on my nails. I came to them many years ago because of a special they run and same thing. I thought to try them again but no thank you! Tipping isn’t mandatory. A lot of people only have the money for service!

I am blown away… I have visited this location multiple times and always been greeted nicely and had great experience. Today, I walked in. Two technicians and they each had a client. I said I need a fill/nail replacement- she said we can’t get to you- you don’t have an appointment (mind you she didn’t ask if I did, just assumed)- I said, can I come back or make an appointment- she didn’t say, sure let’s see- and perhaps state if they were booked today, nope- we can’t take you at all, she replied. I have been coming there for a while and yesterday I wanted to treat myself because I had been working so hard but I didn't really have the same amount I normally tip so when it was time to pay the guy ask how much I wanted to tip I said all I had was $5 and he told me it wasn't enough and demanded I pay a $10 tip I did so because I felt I was out in awkward situation but I was very offended because he told me to take care of his worker but is t that why we pay for the services anyway idk don't know if I will going back
