We are helping our son moved to The Baxter end of May this year. Charles was excellent. As there are some issue for the window blind, washer & dryer and he take care of the order really fast. The parking spot was occupied by other cars a couple of times. We reported to him and he messages them immediately. He’s very patient for listening other tenant’s complaint. Moved out of my apartment after 2 years. Definitely don't recommend living here. Awful experience and very unprofessional staff. Overcharges if you're not careful. If you are a current resident, be careful of your deposits - They will try to take as much out of it without explaining why amounts were removed. They overcharged me for multiple items, including parking, that they only addressed after I brought up the problem. 1. Throughout the 2 years, they kept having elevator and garage door problems. First, I received a move-out bill of nearly $1,000, which I believe is highly unreasonable considering that I left the apartment clean and in good condition. When I followed up with the management team, I was told there was no move-out inspection report on file, let alone any documented need for the extensive cleaning I was charged for. I also never received receipts or proof of the cleaning services supposedly performed.
