Having great experience, spacious studio, responsive management and landlord.
Review after move out We are helping our son moving in last year and moving out this year. We stayed in the unit during these moving periods as well as a few visits in between. The location and the size of the apartment are great. Our son lived in a single-bedroom apartment for a year and had just moved out two weeks ago due to job change. Absolutely do NOT recommend. There was persistent marijuana smoke entering my unit through both the window and bathroom vent. It was strong enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. I reported it repeatedly. Management acknowledged the issue and promised action, but there was never a meaningful resolution and they denied early termination. I've been living here for 4 mos and this place is what I've been looking for. Again fair price for an apartment with this quality and at this location... I probably couldn't speak for everyone who lives here but I personally feel pretty safe and our property manager Jessie is quite responsive when I have questions. So far I've only experienced one elevator maintenance outage (which lasted for about half a day) and aside from that I don't notice any problems.
