Moved out of my apartment after 2 years. Definitely don't recommend living here. Awful experience and very unprofessional staff. Overcharges if you're not careful. If you are a current resident, be careful of your deposits - They will try to take as much out of it without explaining why amounts were removed. First, I received a move-out bill of nearly $1,000, which I believe is highly unreasonable considering that I left the apartment clean and in good condition. When I followed up with the management team, I was told there was no move-out inspection report on file, let alone any documented need for the extensive cleaning I was charged for. Review is strictly for Breanne, who assisted me on a tour. She was very professional, well spoken and punctual. As far as the property itself, the one bedroom I saw seemed recently renovated (carpet, paint, appliances). I'd give the unit I saw 4/5.
