I was dealing with a gentlemen by the name of BEN LOVELL who stated he works for 2nd chance auto. He had signed a loan agreement without out my consent. And also when trying to get in contact with him the number is out of service. The new number just goes straight to his voicemail I’ve left several messages in regards to the loan agreement and I haven’t received any calls back. So now I’m stuck in a loan agreement that I did not consent to. Do not go with this company.
I got my Santa Fe suv this sept they took a month to even get it ready for me. 2 weeks go up all of a sudden it turned off couldn’t turn over with a boost. I called the dealership they wouldn’t pay for the tow truck. They said they will cover diagnostics let see if they keep to their word. Let see if they will actually pay for the cost of work. If not I’m gonna return. Don’t go with this company they should be turned charged for selling faulty vehicles.

Will email you out of the blue telling you you have been pre-approved for a car loan you tell them what they want and they will give you something six years older and do 6 hard inquiries on your credit Bureau without asking you and then they will tell you well this is what you're approved when you ask for nothing for when you didn't even ask for that
