Literally 3 days before I was supposed to move in I received a phone call stating that my move in date was delayed due to break in on the house. I had to pay cancellations fees to movers. Friends and family had requested the day off to help with the move. Second avenue couldn't even provide a move in date so I could plan accordingly.. The onboarding agent Dee Fortune is the absolute worse. She did not return any of my phone calls or response to emails.

I love 2nd Ave! It's close to campus, yet also close to Midtown and Downtown. The staff is always helpful and the maintenance staff always comes within 24 hours. The apartment itself is big and I never have problems. Very secure complex, the gym is nice, and the staff again is welcoming. Love the cabinet space in the kitchen and the convenience of having the washer/dryer in our apartment. Overall, I love 2nd Ave and that's the reason why I resigned with them again for the 2018-2019 school year.

All the staff and managers at 2nd ave are amazing! Every time I go in the office, they are quick to help! I highly recommend living here as the rooms are spacious, the apartments are fully furnished, the kitchen is huge and there is a giant parking garage and fitness facility! The amenities are never-ending! The location is perfect and there is a bus stop right out the front door! Second Avenue Centre is a pretty good place to live. The staff is attentive, the accommodations are satisfactory, and in general, I do not have any complaints. The worst part about this establishment in my opinion is the gym. It is great that there is a gym and it is of decent size, however it is extremely dark inside and there are not a lot of free weights. 2nd ave is an awesome location! Super close bus ride or walk to class. Also I feel super safe in there because you have to have a fob to even get on the property. The gym is really great as well.

I love living at 2nd Ave! Maintenance is always so helpful and quick to respond to work orders. The office staff is always nice and helpful as well. The gym is really nice and I haven't had any problems with the apartment. The location is perfect and nice and close to campus.

I love living at 2nd Ave. It's so close to downtown and the bus stop is right in front of the complex. When my roommate and I first started looking for apartments, once we saw 2nd Ave, we didn't look further. The bathrooms are very large and the kitchen fits more than enough in a 2/2. The staff is always very kind and always working to maintain the property. Work orders almost always get done the day after you put the order in.
